Founder of AI Growth Alchemy

Generative AI Consultant · Community Builder · Creative Director · Public Speaker

For more than ten years, I have been reinventing myself at the intersection of creativity, technology and human connection.

From motorsport media and commercial photography, to managing large-scale marketing campaigns, to building creator communities and advising generative AI startups, every chapter of my career has been driven by one thing:

Curiosity.

Today I help AI companies transform innovative products into thriving communities, powerful movements and sustainable adoption.

— Prologue · The Years Before

Before the
Transformation

Pit lanes. Engine bays. Paddock tents at first light.

Years lived between the cockpit and the lens — learning that every machine, every campaign, every platform is built the same way: in the unseen hours, by people who care more than they should.

"Every transformation begins in a place few people are awake enough to see."

II — Chapter One

Where It
All Began

My career began behind a camera in the world of motorsport. For years I worked as a photographer and videographer inside a McLaren-associated environment — documenting race events, producing cinematic media and interviewing the people who shaped the industry, including McLaren CEO Zac Brown.

The pit lane teaches you things a boardroom never will. How to read a moment before it happens. How to find the frame in chaos. How a single millisecond, captured well, can outlive the race itself.

"Every story I shot was really a story about transformation — the second a driver became something more than themselves."

IIIBefore The Storm

A creative industry,
moving at full speed.

In the years before the world stopped, the creative industry was a living organism. Events, edits, deadlines, premieres. Live broadcasts and longer stories. Cinematic motorsport content built on a chain of human craftsmanship — drivers, engineers, producers, directors, photographers.

It was a beautiful machine. And I was deep inside it.

Then COVID arrived.

Live events disappeared almost overnight. Motorsport became unstable. Creative businesses were forced to adapt or disappear.

IV — Chapter Two

The First
Reinvention.

So I reinvented myself.

I moved into digital marketing and recruitment advertising, eventually managing large-scale campaigns across more than 120 locations throughout the UK. I worked with major brands — Pretty Little Thing, ASOS, Very, Wren Kitchens — directing advertising budgets and growth initiatives in a landscape that was changing under our feet.

Then the rules changed again.

Privacy regulations disrupted traditional advertising. Reporting became opaque. The systems marketers had relied upon for years stopped producing the same results.

So once again, I followed my curiosity.

VChapter Three

The Second
Reinvention.

That curiosity led me into automation.

Automation led me into artificial intelligence.

And AI felt different.

While the world fixated on fear, uncertainty and replacement, I saw something else entirely. I saw creativity. I saw possibility. I saw an entire industry being born in real time — and the rare chance to shape its language before it was set.

In less than a year I quadrupled my social presence, built an audience around generative AI, transformed that audience into a thriving creator community and began collaborating directly with some of the most innovative AI platforms in the world.

— Interlude · A Principle Unchanged

The machines changed.
The principle didn't.

A race engine. A marketing system. A generative AI platform.

Every one of them is an assembly of parts most people will never see — tuned, measured, then trusted at full speed. The hardware shifted from combustion to silicon, from pit lane to product launch. The work underneath stayed exactly the same: precision, taste, and the patience to keep refining long after the room has gone home.

Reinvention isn't a pivot. It's the same craft applied to a new machine.

Champagne explodes across the podium — the moment a product becomes a movement.

VI — Chapter Four

Products
become communities.

Creator programs. Ambassador ecosystems. Tight, opinionated communities of builders who shape a platform's identity from the inside out. The work is slower than paid acquisition, and infinitely more durable.

A product can be copied in a quarter. A community cannot be copied at all.

— Documentary · A Founder's Journey

From Race Tracks
to AI Startups

The journey began long before artificial intelligence.

Long before AI Growth Alchemy existed, Natalia spent years immersed in creative media, photography, videography and marketing.

Working within high-performance motorsport environments provided a unique front-row seat to elite branding, storytelling, leadership and commercial operations.

This journey included opportunities to work alongside major brands, produce visual content and interview influential industry leaders including McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown.

These experiences laid the foundations for a career that would later evolve through digital marketing, community building, creator ecosystems and generative AI.

The principles remained the same:

Storytelling

Innovation

Human Connection

Growth

VIIIThe Culmination

AI Growth
Alchemy.

Today I work alongside emerging AI companies, helping founders transform products into communities, communities into movements and movements into adoption. Strategic consulting. Creator ecosystems. Community-led growth. Cinematic AI storytelling.

The philosophy is simple:

Every successful company is a transformation story.

Products become communities. Communities become movements. Movements create adoption. AI Growth Alchemy exists to help founders accelerate that arc — drawing on every reinvention that came before it.
